Our stay at El Castillo was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our time there. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. The room, although not perfect, was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, but facilities and accommodation not worth the price. Limited breakfast options with strict timing. AC noise can be disturbing and no cooling effect. Aging sheets need replacement. Limited value for money, won't recommend to others.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main road. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast provided a decent selection of options, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

One negative aspect was the noise from the air conditioning unit in our room. It was quite loud and difficult to sleep with.
