The getaway offered all the expected natural beauty of a finca with the added comfort of a hotel. the rooms were carefully designed and spotlessly clean, offering views of lush greenery and stunning sunsets. the staff were exceptionally sweet and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the local insight offered by the hotel, which helped us discover a new side to Colombian culture.

The location was remote, which made it difficult to go in and out of town, especially at nightfall when transport was scarce. the road leading to the hotel was also steep and long, which made it challenging to transport luggage up and down.

The staff at El Rancho De Salento were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the English-speaking owner who organized everything for us, to the receptionist who picked us up when we couldn't find a taxi, they went above and beyond. The stunning view in the mornings, comfortable rooms, and tasty breakfast were all a plus. The owner was always available to answer questions and help with travel plans. The hotel also offered delicious locally cooked dinners and organized activities such as horse rides and coffee tours. The secluded location on a mountain provided a calm and peaceful setting, and there were convenient transportation options to Salento Market.

The location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, was peaceful and offered breathtaking views. We were able to disconnect and enjoy the magnificent venue. The family-operated business showed their love and commitment through their exceptional service. The rooms, though basic, were clean and in order. The breakfast provided was delicious. It was evident that the owners truly cared about their guests, as they even gave us rides in their car when needed. I had an exceptional experience at El Rancho De Salento and would highly recommend it.

Rustic elegance with modern comforts and impeccably clean. Amazing gardens with hummingbirds, sweet oranges, and natural beauty. Helpful staff arranged horseback tour and coffee plantation visit. Perfect place to disconnect and enjoy. Great location 10 minutes from town. Friendly staff, especially accommodating to kids with extensive gardens. Beautiful finca with great common areas. Horseback riding tours can be arranged.

I stayed at this charming farm nestled in the mountains. The location was perfect, surrounded by breathtaking nature and with easy access to nearby attractions.
