The location of Ermita Cartagena, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel was perfect for me. It was conveniently close to the airport and just outside the old city, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a wide variety of fresh fruit that exceeded my expectations. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my visit. As a nice surprise, I received a complimentary bottle of white wine. I had an amazing experience at this hotel.

The hotel has a great boutique feel, excellent check-in process and hospitality. The location is close to the old town and the rooftop terrace has a nice vibe. The staff is super helpful and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded all expectations and the pool is awesome.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and fulfilled our needs promptly. The Spa & wellness centre provided an excellent full body massage, and the rooftop pool offered a magnificent view accompanied by comfortable sun loungers. The restaurant served delicious dishes, and the bar/lounge area featured a great selection of cocktails. We also enjoyed the special diet menus and private facilities. this hotel offers an unforgettable experience.

The towels were slightly rough, which is a minor issue that could be improved for a more comfortable stay. However, this was the only negative aspect we encountered.
