The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of downsides, such as the small size of the room we stayed in, named "Luisa," which was a bit cramped for two people. Additionally, the room layout seemed a bit strange.

Loved the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace, it was spectacular! the staff were extra friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. there were complimentary drinks in the room and the bathroom was always clean and well-equipped.
