The hotel was also close to the trendy Usaquen neighborhood, making it easy to explore. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a nice view. The service was excellent, with the staff being helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. it was a great experience.

That the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, which could be frustrating at times.

The hotel manager, Mr. Juan Carlos Valencia Bertin, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, even helping us change to a better room. The breakfast buffet at Los Arcos restaurant was delicious, and the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a minor issue with the refrigerator upon check-in, but the hotel promptly fixed it and exchanged it for a working one. The staff was attentive and addressed the issue to our satisfaction. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was abundant and well presented. I would recommend staying at Estelar Apartamentos Bogota - La Fontana.

The meals were okay and filling, we were provided with complimentary drinks as well, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. there was free Wi-Fi in the rooms making it easy to stay connected.

The room we had was incredibly noisy, and the walls were paper-thin. There wasn't much sound insulation from the street, and the heater was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on.

I absolutely loved staying at this venue! The location is ideal as it is very close to shopping malls where I could find everything I needed. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the room amenities such as the soundproofed rooms and the flat-screen TV. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also enjoyed the great leisure facilities including the spa and wellness centre, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath.
