It is a welcoming property with spacious apartments suitable for families and a beautiful courtyard for relaxation.

The location was perfect, with easy access to Unicentro mall. The breakfast spread was top-notch, and the spacious apartment made for a relaxing retreat. I appreciated how courteous the staff were, always ready to help.

Sadly, I faced some hiccups upon check-in, with my first apartment lacking power. After some wait, I requested to move and discovered the first room shouldn’t even have been rented. The initial service was quite disappointing.

The breakfast was a real treat, such a spread! Ya know, fresh fruit and all that good stuff. The staff were super friendly when we rolled in late. The room overlooking that beautiful courtyard was a sight for sore eyes. Just wish the jacuzzi was working—don’tcha know!

The staff quickly resolved issues with our apartment and were incredibly patient with our Spanish. Breakfast featured local food, and the proximity to a major mall was convenient for dining and shopping.

Request a room not facing the busy street for a quieter experience. The staff was accommodating and the layout of the suites provided good space.

the kitchen is outdated and uninviting!!! The stove barely functions, and essential cooking equipment is lacking!!! The gym and sauna are old and unattractive!!! Some rooms can be a bit cold and noisy!!!

I had a lovely stay at Estelar Apartamentos Bogota, La Fontana. The spacious apartment had comfortable beds, a beautiful view of the courtyard, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were attentive and quick to assist.

Despite the fantastic amenities, some minor issues arose, such as an outdated kitchen and occasional noise from the street, which could disrupt relaxation. However, the friendly staff greatly enhanced the experience, providing helpful service and convenient taxi options right outside the hotel.

The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. The brekkie was legit, can't get enough of those platters! And being so close to the mall was a total score.

Rooms can get a bit chilly at night, had to use the heaters—bit of a schlep, that.
