The Sushi in the bar-lobby area was delicious, the friendly service at reception was lovely, and the sauna and pool area provided a great spa experience for a massage after our long motorcycle trip.

The complementary drink and appetizers were a nice touch. the view from the balcony was stunning, and the location near the natural park was perfect for our romantic getaway.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We couldn't get a good night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the Primavera shopping mall just a short walk away. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. everything was perfect.

The gym's AC was a bit low, making it feel a bit stuffy during my workout.

The hotel facilities and location were excellent. The pool area was a great spot to relax, and the terrace was very nice. The food at the restaurant, including the buffet, was delicious. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, with luxurious personal cleaning items provided.

One evening, I decided to order food from room service. Unfortunately, it took them a long time to bring the snacks menu, and when they finally brought my snack, it was much later than the estimated time.
