I loved that there was a small pool on the rooftop and a bar and café downstairs that stayed open late. the hotel is conveniently located near Parques del Río, the city center, and a metro station. Not to mention, there are plenty of coffee shops, bars, karaokes, and discos in the area.

The cleanliness of the building was top-notch, and the rooftop terrace provided a great spot to take in the city sights.

There were some rules that seemed a bit strict, but overall, it didn't take away from our wonderful experience.

The room at Factory Lofts was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the city and mountains through the floor-to-ceiling windows. I loved the kitchenette with the coffee maker, and there was even a nice healthy coffee shop/cafe attached to the hotel. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and the terrace with the jacuzzi had amazing views.

One thing that impressed me was the manager's quick response to a minor issue with the room. Although there was some dust on the wardrobe shelves and the floor was a bit dirty, the manager addressed it immediately and apologized sincerely.

The hotel was also conveniently close to Parques del Río, the city center, and the Estadio metro station. Additionally, there was a queue of yellow cabs just around the corner, making transportation easy.

The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen for light food prep. The rooftop jacuzzi was a daily treat. The staff were friendly and attentive, always catering to my needs. The location in Laureles was perfect, with great restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. The hotel also had a free laundry machine in the basement.
