Spent my thanksgiving here and it was a blast! the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Loved the games they offered - pool, darts, and karaoke. the pool was amazing and we had it all to ourselves. the hotel was set in a picturesque location with plenty of outdoor activities like hiking and horseback riding. the food was also delicious - especially the Colombian dishes.

The rooms were a bit stuffy and had no air conditioning. the road leading to the hotel could use some repairs.

Breakfast served at convenient time, even if early. Helpful staff arranged delicious breakfast for early departure. Comfortable beds and beautiful views. Jacuzzi adds extra relaxation. Convenient location for Parque del Cafe. Nice swimming pool and additional amenities like billiards and table tennis. Lovely garden and well-presented meals. Friendly and helpful staff. Suitable for groups with own transportation. Excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great experience for families. Professional and friendly staff, making for a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a marvelous stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was incredibly comfortable, and it was such a treat to have a clean private bathroom. The secluded location surrounded by nature added to the ambiance. The hotel had amazing amenities such as a refreshing swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a fun pool table. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the staff went above and beyond to assist and organize tours. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at a tranquil place in the Eje Cafetero. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and having a clean private bathroom was a refreshing change. The hotel is located amidst nature with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a restaurant. The staff was friendly and helped us organize tours of the area. I highly recommend this hotel.
