I had an amazing time at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, right next to restaurants and shopping malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been better, but overall, it was okay.

There was a lack of information on how to use the screens on the window, which affected my sleep on the first night.

I had a fantastic stay in a very nice area of this city called El Poblado. The hotel's location was perfect, in a lovely and safe neighborhood. It was close to the Oviedo and Santa Fe malls, where I enjoyed shopping and dining options. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was excellent, always friendly and willing to help.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to a metro stop and connected to a modern mall. I also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, with a wide variety of both Western and local options. Additionally, the hotel staff was very polite and customer-friendly, making my stay enjoyable.

One negative aspect was that they charged an extra fee for having two people in a double room, which was not mentioned at check-in. It would have been better customer service to notify guests of this additional charge.

I recently stayed at the Four Points in Medellin for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel is located a bit outside of the city center, but taxis are cheap and there's a nearby metro station if you prefer. The room was spacious and clean, with fast WiFi and a nice view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was above average for Colombian standards. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with delicious food and reasonable prices. We even got to enjoy a fun evening with Mariachi music!

I had never been to Colombia before, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing city of Medellin. The hotel I stayed at, a part of the Marriott Bonvoy program, was top-notch. The staff I encountered were simply amazing, going out of their way to ensure my comfort. The rooms were very nice, the beds extremely comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The hotel's location in the El Poblado area was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby malls. The value for money was simply incredible, with a delicious breakfast included. Despite a minor slip incident, the hotel staff showed genuine concern and took care of me. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my colleagues and friends. I had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

I wish the hotel had better attention to detail when it came to lost items like my phone charger and a slip-resistant flooring by the pool.

This Sheraton property is excellent in every way. the hotel itself is very comfortable and conveniently located with a walkway connected to a nearby shopping center. the breakfast and room service are delicious, offering a variety of local and international options. the best part about this hotel is its stunning views and prime location in the safe and upscale area of El Poblado. the rooms are bright, spacious, and offer breathtaking views of Medellin and the surrounding mountains. this is one of the best Sheraton properties I've stayed in and I highly recommend it.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it's situated in a lovely leafy safe area called El Poblado. It may appear 12 km away on the map, but you can easily get anywhere in Medellin by cab or Uber for a very small fare. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The service room service was excellent, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed was so comfy, with lots of pillows to choose from. The lights in the room were also very good, which I really appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
