I had a great value for my money at Poblado Guest House. The private room was affordable and had a great view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing me with a desk in their office when I needed to work on a presentation. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Parque Ileras and the Metro. a great stay with lovely staff.

We loved our stay at this guest house. The staff were amazing, with Sandra and Jenny being incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment was perfect, in a great location close to supermarkets, the metro, and restaurants and bars. It was well-equipped, with all utensils in good condition and even had a cocktail shaker. The facilities, including free laundry and fast WiFi, were excellent. The owner, Arthur, created a friendly atmosphere and provided helpful guides to the city.

Super friendly staff, exceptional location, great facilities and very clean. The owner/manager was super nice - she helped us out when our bag was lost/stolen. Kitchen with blender and washing machine. Great location near bars and restaurants. Good Wi-Fi.

The balcony was a nice touch, and the free laundry facilities were a bonus. The TV had all the channels we needed, and the WiFi was fast. it ticked all the boxes and exceeded our expectations. We were supposed to stay for only 2 nights but ended up staying for 10! Just book this place, you won't regret it!

I recently had a fantastic 4-night stay at a guest house in a great location. The hotel is conveniently located near a big supermarket, which made it easy for me to grab some cheap fresh fruit and bread. there are some excellent restaurants in the area, making it a food lover's paradise. The hotel is also within walking distance to the metro station, providing easy access to explore the city. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The staff were very helpful, assisting me with any requests I had. it was a wonderful experience.

One small downside was the lack of a bath mat in the bathroom, which made the floor a bit slippery when it got wet.

Great central location, helpful staff, fully equipped kitchen with free laundry facilities, and clean towels and sheets provided. Nice rooftop kitchen area with hammocks.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really liked about the hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making it easy to book all my tours with them. Secondly, the hotel's location was a key highlight. Situated in a small hub of coffee shops, restaurants, and a few bars, it was a great place to explore. Additionally, it was only a short 8-minute walk to El Poblado square and a 5-minute Uber ride to Parque Llares, where all the clubs are located.

On the downside, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the photos on the website were a bit misleading, as they showed different sizes and types of accommodations.

The room itself was great, with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, and a clean bathroom. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and responsive, always available to answer our questions. The laundry service was excellent as well. a great experience!

The communication with the staff was not always smooth. There was a mix-up with the arranged taxi for my return journey to the airport, which caused some inconvenience.

The photos on the website were slightly misleading, as they showed larger rooms and apartments with balconies, while our room was small and the bathroom was tiny. the lack of air conditioning was a major drawback, as it got unbearably hot at night and even moving the bed closer to the fan didn't provide enough relief.
