Great staff, accommodating, early check-in, clean room, comfortable beds.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hostel provided a clean kitchen, free coffee and tea, and fast wifi. The shower had hot water and great water pressure, and the sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the free beach towel, large communal space, and access to a balcony. The laundry room was a bonus, and the property was pet and smoke free. The neighborhood was safe and there was a supermarket nearby.

Would recommend this hotel.

My stay at Hotel Ayenda was pleasant overall. The staff was friendly and the breakfast served on the sweet terrace was a nice touch.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The room I was assigned faced the street, and despite closing the windows, the noise was still quite loud in the morning.

The bed and bathroom were very clean and they provided filtered water and coffee/tea. The location is great, close to public transportation, local parks, stores, and excellent restaurants right outside the front door. Towels were provided and the hostel felt safe and secure.

They were always ready to help and had a great attitude. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently located near good restaurants and attractions, making it easy to get around. Lastly, the wifi at the hotel was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me.

There were a few things that I didn't like about the hotel. the place was in serious need of an update.

The hotel is located in a nice street with many restaurants, making it convenient for tourists to have many dining options nearby. The location is praised for being in the best part of the city, with easy access to several vegetarian restaurants. Additionally, the owner is known for being extremely helpful and attentive to guests' needs.

One negative aspect mentioned by a reviewer is that the room facing the street can be quite noisy in the morning, regardless of whether the windows are open or closed.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel due to a lack of signage, but once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The owner was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
