As adventure travelers, we loved the peaceful and calm surroundings of Hotel Huaka-Yo. The spacious and cozy rooms provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful in assisting us with arranging tours and transportation. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a variety of fruits, bread, and self-roasted coffee. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, including great steaks and a variety of local and Italian dishes. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again.

To top it off, we were treated to a complimentary dinner on the second night. the hotel's peaceful and quiet location, surrounded by a lovely garden, was a perfect retreat. the hotel was conveniently situated close to the main archaeological Park. the staff was accommodating of all our requests, including arranging special vegetarian meals. Prior to our arrival, we received useful information and a map of the surrounding area, which greatly helped us plan our sightseeing.

I recently visited Huaka-Yo in Colombia for a 4-night stay. The location next to the archaeological park was extraordinary, offering a quiet and peaceful ambiance. The personal attention given to each guest was remarkable, with Eduardo, the caretaker, being especially kind and gracious. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with the freshest eggs and locally grown, roasted, and grounded coffee. The hotel's cleanliness and beauty were also impressive. my experience at Huaka-Yo was unique and undoubtedly the best hotel stay I've had in Colombia.

The location of this hotel was amazing! It was so close to the archaeological park and was surrounded by beautiful scenery. the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were always willing to help us with anything we needed and even organized tours for us. the food in their restaurant was delicious and they had a great selection of fresh, local products.

That it's a bit far from the city center, which can be a bit inconvenient if you want to go into town. However, they offer taxi rides into town for a small fee, so it's not a huge issue.

We were amazed by the beautiful garden at Huaka-Yo. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The well-kept grounds and variety of trees attracted many birds, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us, making us feel right at home. The owner, Cesar, was hands-on and made sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with hot water. The hotel's location in the hills overlooking the rainforest was perfect for those seeking tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. We also appreciated Cesar's knowledge of the region, as he provided honest and helpful advice for our tours and activities. we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Huaka-Yo.
