The location is perfect, and the property itself is absolutely charming. The staff, especially Ruby, were friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast at the rooftop pool was consistently spectacular. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the high ceilings added a touch of elegance. I couldn't recommend this hotel more for its wonderful ambiance, great service, and unique charm.

I had an amazing stay at Amarla Boutique Hotel in Cartagena. The value for the money was great, the room was comfortable and beautifully designed. The hotel's location was perfect and the staff treated me like royalty.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been better, but it was still nice.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a great rooftop with a nice swimming pool. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to restaurants.

The check-in experience was uncomfortable and the staff at the front desk lacked people skills. They were not accommodating to our requests, such as allowing us to put our luggage in the room before check-in or keeping the same room for our entire stay.

The value for money at Amarla Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, yet the rooms were quiet. The staff treated me like a VIP, making me feel special from the moment I walked in.

Aesthetically pleasing rooms, comfortable bedding, flexible and delicious plated breakfast. Helpful staff, resolved issues promptly. Walking distance to clubs, bars, and restaurants. Rooftop pool and shaded courtyard were essential.

Everything about Amarla is absolutely wonderful! We stayed at different hotels across three cities in Colombia and this was by far the best experience. The location could not be more perfect. The property is impeccable - pictures do not do it justice as it’s so much more charming in person. The staff were phenomenal, very friendly, attentive and helpful. Ruby is a superstar! We had breakfast there every morning and it was consistently spectacular - try having it at the pool on the rooftop which is very picturesque. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The hotel was beautifully designed and extremely private. Despite being fully booked, it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The staff were available 24/7 for added security and convenience. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and the bed was probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. The staff were also incredibly lovely and accommodating. We can't wait to return!

I recently had a business trip to Cartagena and stayed at a boutique hotel in the city. The first thing I liked about the hotel was its stylish and chic decor. The rooms had high ceilings and the furnishings were elegant and comfortable. The hotel also had a charming roof bar with a pool, which was a great place to relax after a long day of work. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal. It was centrally located, making it convenient for me to explore the city during my free time.

One aspect I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of staff at the reception. Often, there was no one available at the front desk, and communication with the hotel was done through WhatsApp, which I found impersonal.

We had an amazing experience at Amarla! the beautiful historic building took our breath away, and the rooftop was stunning. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. the staff was extremely helpful, setting us up with top-of-the-line tours and restaurants. the location couldn't be better, close to great shopping and sites. the open-air rooftop terrace was one of the best features. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, including the lovely rooftop pool. Everything was perfect!
