We had a wonderful stay at Virrey, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. They even set up a wake-up call and arranged for a taxi at 4 in the morning to accommodate our early flight. The central location was perfect for our needs and the room was comfortable. Special mention to Luz Gomez, Elio Juarez, Marina , and Milna the hotel's mascot, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The customer service here is top-notch and we would definitely choose Virrey again.

Despite the comfortable bed, the noise from the street outside made it difficult to sleep at night. the breakfast options were limited and repetitive, which made it less than ideal for a longer stay.

The staff was fabulous and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is near the Trans-Millenio line and great restaurants, perfect for exploring the city.

Excellent Service at Late/Early Hours

I arrived at Hotel Bogota Virrey for check-in at midnight and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They even set up a wake-up call for my early morning flight and had a taxi waiting for me at 4 in the morning. The level of service at this hotel is truly wonderful. Although I couldn't enjoy breakfast due to my early departure, I have no regrets about choosing this hotel.
