We stayed during the Christmas holidays and had a great time. The hotel offered complementary breakfast and parking. The location was perfect, close to the town center and a major tourist site. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The ambient noise was a bit too much, with trucks and roosters crowing outside our window. It would have been better to have a quieter room, perhaps away from the street.

Exceptional value hotel with excellent accommodations and WiFi. Conveniently located near the town center and just a short walk to the Catedral de Sal. The secure parking and top-class breakfast make it a standout among other hotels in Colombia. The local buzz in the non-commercialized town center adds to the overall experience.

Although the hotel had limited restaurant choices in the neighborhood, we didn't mind walking a bit to explore the various options available in the town square. The location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants to choose from, and it was conveniently close to both the town square and the Salt cathedral.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the location is perfect - just a short walk from the main square and the salt cathedral. It's great to be able to explore the city center so easily. Secondly, the staff here are amazing. They were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even provided us with umbrellas and directions! And lastly, our room had a lovely terrace/balcony. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. this hotel offers great value for money with its convenient location, excellent service, and rooms with a terrace/balcony.

This hotel is like a magnificent dream. Near to the center plaza and to the Salt cathedral. Right from the moment we entered, we were treated like kings. It's all brand new here with large, cosy rooms. We slept so good in their comfortable beds, the best we had in Colombia. Different soft pillows, nice colours. Private bathroom with lots of space and a rainshower with water as hot as you want. Nice white towels, big and small. Breakfast was included and delicious with fresh fruit, bread, coffee or hot chocolatemilk, cheese and ham, orange juice and eggs the way you want. Prepared with love in a splendid kitchen, extremely clean as the whole hotel is. They even arranged a bike tour for us around Zipaquirá. Luis and his family were so kind that we almost were jealous not to be part of the family. To be honest: they made us feel like we were. Our final night and day in Colombia couldn't be better!
