The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, close to the main theme parks. The breakfast included was delicious and authentic. I also enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the gardens.

My overall experience was not great. The pool was too cold to use and the jacuzzi was out of order for most of my stay.
