Spent my Xmas in the coffee region, what an amazing experience! the hotel is located within walking distance of one of the main attractions, making movement around the coffee region quite simple. the staff was simply remarkable! Speaking purely Spanish, they created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and went above and beyond to offer quality service at every turn. the rooms were clean and had all the essentials to make the stay comfortable.

I only wished that the dining area had better lighting and furnishings to match the cozy surrounding of the region. the noise from the fans in the room was a mild annoyance, especially when trying to sleep at night.
