I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off of Plaza Santo Domingo, which had lovely coffee shops and a pharmacy for all of my needs. It was in the heart of the historic area, close to all the main attractions and surrounded by a charming restaurant and bar. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast provided was convenient, especially since most restaurants in the area open later in the morning. it was a wonderful experience.

The breakfast spread at the main restaurant was plentiful and delicious. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi offered a great place to unwind and enjoy the views of the city.

The bathroom in our room had a mildew smell, which was a bit off-putting.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa center, outdoor swimming pool, and restaurant, fulfilled our luxurious needs. the room advantages were impressive, with a private wellness center and sun terrace. the location advantages were excellent, with beach access and beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the breakfast, which could have been more varied and plentiful, with a greater buffet breakfast selection. the packed lunches and snack bar were tasty and convenient for on-the-go.

First, I enjoyed the beautiful building and the pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day of work. The massages and jacuzzi facilities were also a nice touch. Additionally, the location was excellent, with key attractions within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city in my free time.

There were several aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. The bedrooms were very dark, making it difficult to work or even read comfortably.

The complementary chocolates and champagne were a nice touch. the hotel was located conveniently to the beach and the restaurants in the area. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking.

The service was awful. We had to wait for more than an hour for someone to check us in and we felt like no one really cared.

The location of Hotel Casa La Factoria By Faranda Boutique is outstanding, right in the heart of the historic center with easy access to restaurants, shops, and bars. The rooftop pool offers a fantastic view and excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to use the facilities and store our luggage before check-in. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the overall service was impeccable.
