I was traveling for business and stayed at Hotel Casona Usaquen for two nights. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home, even preparing a delicious breakfast to accommodate my early meeting. The hotel itself is beautiful and calm, with helpful staff, tasty breakfast options, good WiFi, and excellent shower facilities. The location in Usaquen is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Casona Usaquen, we were impressed by the beautiful hotel and its central location in the heart of Usaquen. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. We especially loved the option to have breakfast brought to our room, and the food was delicious. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was one of the best we've experienced in Colombia. The fireplace added a cozy touch, which was perfect considering Bogotá's cold and rainy weather. we highly recommend this hotel for its charm, convenient location, and attentive service.

This hotel has a fantastic location near the center of Usaquen, making it close to everything. The nearby centro commercial and abundance of restaurants within easy walking distance added to the convenience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a terrace and a beautiful view. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities were met, including heating during colder weather. The attention to detail was evident in small touches, such as offering fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The rooms have nice TVs with cable and some offer a view of the sunset. The breakfast consists of eggs, toast, fruit, coffee or chocolate, and fresh orange juice. The staff is attentive and friendly.
