The hotel needs overall maintenance and cleaning. the swimming pool was dirty and in need of cleaning.

housekeeping was not up to par as our room was only cleaned once during our four-night stay. We had to repeatedly request for towels, toilet paper, and soap, which was quite inconvenient.
