During my romantic escape, we found two things offered that we enjoyed. the first was the free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected while we were away. the second was the proximity to the Transmilenio transit station. It was convenient for us to explore the city. the location of the hotel was also ideal, just a block away from a park which made for a nice walk in the morning.

The overall experience was far from romantic. the staff was impatient and not very friendly.

Great security and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near a transit station and park. Free wifi.

The hotel is located on a very busy crossroad, making it easy to access different parts of the city. It is also conveniently situated near a bank building, allowing for easy access to financial services. Additionally, the hotel is next to a big avenue, providing a bustling atmosphere and plenty of dining and shopping options for guests.

There were a few instances where the TV in the room had a loose power cord in the outlet. Although a minor inconvenience, it was easily solved by propping it against a trash can.

Good size rooms, nice bathroom, above-average staff, safe area with nearby police station, good Wi-Fi.

No complaints.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me when the restaurant was closed. They ordered food from a local place and even brought it to my room with hotel cutlery and a glass for my juice. The mattress and linens were very comfortable, and the room was spacious with fast wifi. A great value for money.
