We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the comfortable room, good wifi, and nice bathroom. The staff was very helpful and happy to order taxis for us. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our romantic escape. the location was perfect, being in a safe and upscale neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. We also loved the comfortable rooms and the nice bathrooms. the wifi was strong and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the breakfast could have offered more variety, as there was a limited selection and no options for cereal or pancakes.

I recently stayed at Cityflats for a few days and it was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Zona T with its upscale bars and restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soft pillows made for a great night's sleep. I loved having a coffee machine in the room. The hotel itself is very modern with a cozy touch. The staff, especially the ladies at breakfast and the cleaning staff, were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding, and the kitchen staff were amazing. The hotel is also very safe, with strict access control. I felt secure throughout my stay.

I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a suite after we mentioned that we could hear conversations from the adjoining room. The suite was absolutely superb!
