We stayed at Hotel Nueva Granada for a wedding and had an incredibly positive experience. the staff went out of their way to assist us despite our lack of planning and language barriers. the colonial-style hotel exudes charm, providing a unique experience. the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the rain shower luxurious. the pool and jacuzzi area offered a relaxing retreat, and the manager, Daisy, ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

During my stay, I had the unexpected experience of being asked to switch rooms to accommodate another guest. Although initially inconvenient, the hotel handled the situation well and provided a discount for the inconvenience. Additionally, the location was convenient and the facilities were beautifully decorated. the air conditioning made the hot weather much more bearable. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel features a gorgeous pool and jacuzzi with a stunning view. Rooms with balconies and jacuzzis offer spacious accommodations with the best rain shower. the Spanish colonial architecture adds to the charm, while the courteous staff provides excellent service. Enjoy a pleasant stay with great bedding, towels, and delicious breakfast. Cons: Felt absolutely content, no complaints at all!.

Nueva Granada Hotel Colonial -Centro Historico- is conveniently located near restaurants and markets, with beautiful Spanish colonial architecture. the AC made our stay pleasant, and the staff was courteous and responsive.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few blocks from the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and ample space for luggage. The bathroom has great water pressure and warm water. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast served is delicious and filling. The hotel also has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Some of the staff could be more consistent in their level of helpfulness and courtesy.
