This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location may be in an industrial area that is regarded as non-safe, but it is surrounded by nice restaurants in the ladadika area. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms come with a flatscreen TV and a nice balcony where you can relax with the air conditioner on. The single bed is comfortable, and breakfast is included in the stay.

Spent Easter holiday here and it was worth it! the room was super spacious with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the decoration and bright colours made it pleasant to rest after long walks. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information about the best places to visit in the area. the breakfast was good and served early, allowing us to have more time exploring the city.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area, so the surroundings aren't very pretty, but it didn't bother us too much. However, we recommend taking earplugs to dampen the noise from the ongoing traffic nearby, as it can be quite loud at times.

Even though the area is considered non-safe by Cali tourism, the hotel provides a safe and comfortable environment for guests. The proximity to the bus terminal is also a helpful advantage for travelers.

One specific instance that stood out to us was when we needed to catch an evening flight and they allowed us to stay in the room for free until 17:00, instead of checking out at 12:00. This gesture was greatly appreciated and showed their commitment to exceptional customer service. we were impressed with our experience at Hotel Colours and would recommend it to others.
