We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of our every need. We also appreciated the option for grocery shopping services and laundry. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch, and the tours/ticket assistance helped us plan our sightseeing. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar, made our stay comfortable. The sitting area and trouser press were great additions. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the comfortable garden furniture. The free toiletries and am/fm alarm clock were convenient. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant offering in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area with an outdoor dining area. The dinner and packed lunches were delicious, and the special diet menus were appreciated. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The leisure facilities, including a sauna, jacuzzi, and spa lounge, were a great way to unwind. The steam room was a nice addition. We also enjoyed the leisure/TV room and the public bath or facilities. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the on-site car park and luggage storage were convenient. The 24-hour reception and 24-hour security provided peace of mind. this place offered a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent services and amenities.

The rooms are pretty clean and modern, and the location is undoubtedly ideal. the staff members are friendly and always willing to help guests with anything they need.

The food was not great at all, and the noise level was very high.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable with cozy atmosphere. The staff is helpful and attentive. The breakfast served was delicious and the view from the room was pleasant.

The noise from neighboring rooms or outside could be disruptive for light sleepers.
