As a disabled traveler, I was impressed with the accessible facilities and helpful staff. The room with a spa and balcony provided a comfortable space for relaxing and working. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including fresh fruit and the delicious Colombian breakfast soup called Changua. I also enjoyed the local craft beer served at the attached 477 Pub.

I was really impressed with this place. The location in a quiet, residential area was perfect for me. It was just a short walk to the bus station and there were plenty of options for dining in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. They had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I had a fantastic experience here.

If you're planning to explore further, the bus station in Bogotá is conveniently close. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff will make you feel welcome, and the breakfast offers a decent selection to start your day off right.

The bathroom could use some remodeling and better maintenance.

We had a very comfortable stay at Ayenda. The room with the spa and balcony was perfect for relaxing and working. The staff, especially Vanessa at reception, were friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar area was one of the nicest in the city. I would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, especially during New Year's Eve. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected with family and friends. The location was fantastic as it was close to many restaurants and shops, and it was easy to get around.

The breakfast could have been better as the buffet had limited options and was not very appetizing, but the a la carte eggs made up for it. The room could be noisy, especially if it was located next to the lobby or the kitchen.
