We had a great stay at Hotel Egina. The beds were excellent and the room was decent. The staff provided excellent service and were really friendly. The hotel's location, just two blocks away from a mall, was a huge plus. We also appreciated the nearby currency exchange office and the good food options available at the mall. The Friday's restaurant in front of the mall, with its open bar from Monday to Friday, is highly recommended. Additionally, the rooms were clean and we even received an upgrade to a Junior Suite on our last visit, which was perfect.

I recently stayed at Hotel Egina in Usaquén for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic. The location is superb, right next to the UniCentro mall and within walking distance of the vibrant Usaquén flea market. The staff at the hotel were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The cozy atmosphere and excellent food made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the spacious room with a separate sitting area was a nice touch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They apologized for the inconvenience and provided me with a different room for the night. Despite the minor inconvenience, I appreciated their quick response and willingness to resolve the problem. This level of attentiveness from the staff left a positive impression on me. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and willingness to accommodate guests.
