Good breakfast, helpful staff. Conveniently located near public transport and shops. Late checkout granted at no cost. Efficient internet access. Personalized service by Nancy in dining area. Clean rooms, fresh towels and toiletries daily. Complimentary lobby coffee machine.

The breakfast was delicious and the cleaning staff was always friendly. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and shopping areas. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room.

Our stay wasn't the most pleasant. the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs.

Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to transport to other parts of Bogota. Additionally, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, including comfortable rooms with double beds on the lowest floor. Lastly, the breakfast offered was satisfying and added to the overall positive experience of our stay.
