The location was perfect for exploring the old town and everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was basic but very clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was quick and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. We had our baby with us and the bed in our room was comfortable enough for all three of us. Although we didn't use it, there is free wifi available. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby restaurant that was highly recommended. I would highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location and cleanliness.

The room was clean, comfy, and spacious, with great air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the two young guys at the front desk. We were impressed by their assistance and felt safe during our stay. The hotel also provided a pack of cosmetics, a hairdryer, and even free coffee and ice.

I recently stayed at Ayenda in the heart of the walled city. The rooms were spacious with cozy balconies and comfortable beds. The A/C was a godsend in the hot and humid weather. They even had a TV with English channels and a computer and printer in the lobby. The staff were friendly and the location couldn't be better.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of hot water, which was not mentioned to us prior to our arrival. This was quite disappointing and made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower.

During my stay at Ayenda, I found the location to be ideal for exploring the historic town. The receptionists were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The hotel's hospitality was exceptional, and the decor was modern and inviting. The firm mattresses provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the availability of good Colombian coffee throughout the day, as well as the modern ice machine with round ice cubes. The wifi and internet access were reliable, and the balcony views from the 2nd floor lobby were stunning. It was also convenient to have ice cold beverages available for purchase at the reception, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.
