I recently stayed at Hotel Virrey Central for a few nights. The location was perfect, centrally located near the city center, La Candelaria, and the universities' neighborhood. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with a big TV. I was impressed with the hot water in the shower, which had great pressure. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, even helping us find another room when we wanted to extend our stay. The free breakfast offered a variety of options, including coffee, juice, fruits, bread. Paying with a credit card was hassle-free, with no commission fees. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Toiletry kit provided with essentials such as soap, mouthwash, lotion, and shampoo/conditioner. Decent breakfast options with coffee, cereal, bread, butter/jam, and fruit. Helpful and friendly staff, with a receptionist who speaks English. Reliable hot water and great water pressure in both sink and shower. Reasonable prices, both for the room and the food options.

We had a small water problem during our stay, but the staff at Hotel Virrey Centro was incredibly responsive and had it fixed immediately. They even went above and beyond to arrange another room for us when we wanted to extend our stay. The hotel's location is perfect, situated between the center, la Candelaria, and the universities' neighborhood. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
