For the price we paid, our stay at this hotel was definitely worth it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing great value for our money. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions. The staff, especially Luz at check-in, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made our stay enjoyable.

The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options, including vegetables, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff at reception and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the hotel's convenient and secure parking. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to everything important in Ibagué yet safely tucked in its own protected habitat in the center of Colombia.

The "do not disturb" sign did not seem to work, as staff members still knocked on our door. there was some confusion regarding the number of people in our room, resulting in insufficient towels and blankets.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ibague recently. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The onsite restaurant served delicious meals and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.
