The location of this hotel is great- just a 3-minute walk to restaurants, shopping mall, and the famous old cable station. The rooms are large with beautiful views and are very comfortable. The service is excellent, close to everything you need, and also quiet. The basic amenities provided are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly.

The room could be more soundproof as you can hear people talking in the hallway and water running from the bathrooms. the hotel lacks leisure areas aside from a sofa in front of the reception desk and the chairs in the room.

That the shower door in my bathroom didn't stay shut, causing water to spill onto the floor. Despite my request, they didn't allow me to change rooms without an extra charge.
