The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring the city and getting to all the Easter events. the hotel had a great restaurant with a wide variety of food options which was great because we didn't have to leave the hotel for meals. Another positive aspect was the excellent customer service from the staff, they were always courteous, friendly and willing to help.

One disadvantage was the small size of the rooms, it might be difficult for those who like to spread out their belongings. Another aspect was the noise level in the hotel, it could get noisy at times due to the events taking place in the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Cota or Tenjo area, very close to the Bogota-Medellin highway and within easy reach of other cities. It is also near the Centro Andino Shopping mall, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment options. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast served at the hotel is satisfactory, offering a variety of options to choose from.
