I had a fantastic stay at Radisson Individuals in Cali. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was great, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a safe and enjoyable stay in Cali.

Located by the river, the hotel offers a beautiful view and a tranquil ambiance. Its close proximity to downtown and the boulevard makes it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offerings are delicious and provide a taste of the region. Moreover, the attentive staff members add a personal touch to the service, making guests feel valued and welcome.

The lack of parking facilities is a major inconvenience for guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near banks, restaurants, and cafes. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hotel was very clean. It had a modern and remodeled feel, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was also very family-oriented. The staff provided excellent service and were always smiling. As a Mexican American, I felt very welcome and will definitely be returning soon.

The location is central and convenient for exploring Centro and taking a stroll or run along the river. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel has beautiful seating areas that feel like your own little patio. The staff is attentive and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. The terrace is also a great spot for social enjoyment on the weekends.

What a great way to start the New Year! the complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival were a lovely touch. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the local area and attending the New Year celebrations. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and impressive decor. the rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety and was quite repetitive. the staff appeared overstretched and were not always able to respond to requests in a timely manner.

Trendy hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, great terrace with jacuzzis. Walkable to museums and attractions, taxis available. Lounges and dining hall convenient. Sauna and jacuzzis a nice touch. Convenient location along Boulevard del Rio with shops and restaurants. Rooftop setup is a nice amenity.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated near popular tourist spots and a beautiful pedestrian walkway along the Cali River. The staff were attentive, ensuring my luxurious needs were met, from the exquisite massage at the Spa and wellness centre to the delectable menu at the restaurant. The room was spacious and well-equipped with private facilities, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The sun terrace and garden area added to the exclusivity and charm of the venue.

The only minor issue during my stay was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. Although delicious, I would have preferred more vegetable options.
