The stay at this hotel was great value for money with an amazing bed and soundproof rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have more options in the breakfast selection.

During our Easter stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent staff and facilities. the breakfast provided was great, offering a variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel's key location near the city center and Monserrate made it convenient for us to explore and visit these attractions.

There were a few aspects that detracted from our overall experience. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep, as noise from the hallway and other guests could be heard quite clearly.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Gold Museum and other points of interest. The staff were very attentive and polite, providing us with top-notch service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The indoor pool and spa were amazing, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. we were extremely pleased with the quality of this hotel.

The second room we received was good, with a working hot shower and enough space. the doorman and baggage personnel were friendly and spoke English. the hotel was well situated, within a 10-minute walk of the main sights in Bogota. the restaurant had reasonably priced food and delicious pizzas. the staff was friendly and helpful. the pool was fantastic and heated, and there was also a good gym, sauna, and massage service available. the rooms were generously sized with comfortable beds.

Disliked the cleanliness of the first room and the fact that it wasn't the one we had booked. the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and we had to ask for eggs and coffee ourselves.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Park. The check-in process was smooth and my room was comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning, the staff provided a fan that kept the room cool. The location was convenient and the security guards were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Park for a week while exploring the city. The housekeeping staff was amazing, keeping my room spotless and organized. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of great shopping, dining, and the tolerance zone. The staff were all delightful, speaking English and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the pool, spa, steam room, sauna, and gym were well maintained and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, making for a comfortable stay.

Great location near the emerald market and museums. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Enjoyed the decent breakfast.

The walls were incredibly thin, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests. the facilities were not in good working order, with the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and most of the gym equipment not functioning.

The value for money at Grand Park was excellent, with a spacious room and a lovely jacuzzi. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the main attractions, and the staff, especially the friendly Venezuelan gentleman, made our stay even more delightful.

The menu for breakfast could have had more options for guests staying more than 2 days.
