Being up in the mountain, this place offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The service from the staff was exceptional, they really made my stay comfortable and easy. The amenities provided were of great quality, especially the leisure facilities such as the jacuzzi and the massage service. Additionally, the cleanliness and overall housekeeping of this hotel was remarkable.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone visiting, it is truly worth your while.

We absolutely loved our stay at the mountain retreat. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking, especially towards the Cocora Valley. The peace and tranquility of our spacious room made it the perfect place to unwind. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk into town but still far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hotel also offered excellent day trips to coffee fincas and hiking, giving us a chance to explore the beautiful area. And let's not forget the stunning breakfast with a view that left us speechless. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Salento.

The only drawbacks we experienced were some noise from the reception area, as our room was situated right next to it. Additionally, the road to Salento can be quite mountainous for cars, so pedestrians may prefer the shorter but unlit path, which can be a little unnerving when encountering angry dogs in the dark.

Incredible views, great facilities including jacuzzi, friendly staff. Daytime walk to town is nice, took taxis at night. Organized satisfying tours. Breakfast was amazing.

We had an extraordinary stay at a retreat with amazing views. the staff, including Carlos, Olga, and Yuliana, were incredibly attentive and helpful. Despite being located in the main house, our room was surprisingly quiet. the food at the restaurant was delicious and their commitment to artisanal produce was admirable. Tip: For more privacy, book one of the lodges instead of staying in the communal areas.

The view from the room is simply incredible, with lush greenery and the peaceful sounds of nature. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need is met. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide range of options to start the day off right. The private hot tub is a luxurious amenity, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved, making it a bit difficult to fully enjoy the experience.

We had an exceptional stay at Kawa Retreat for two nights. The personal and professional service was outstanding, with Eduardo and Jorge going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The views of the valley were stunning, and our spacious and clean room provided a peaceful retreat. The lush green gardens, sauna, and jacuzzi added to the relaxing atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was delicious, made with local ingredients, and the spa services, including massages, were a nice treat after hiking. Can recommend this hotel.

The breakfast and dinner were homemade and excellent. the staff was very kind and helpful, and helped us book activities. the hotel is beautifully located in a natural setting.

The lunch offer was nonexistent and the quality of the food during dinner was not up to par. the tap water was the only bottled water available.

The breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the trout at the restaurant for dinner. The hot tub was a true luxury and the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. Kawa Mountain Retreat was a dream vacation spot.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The bathroom vanity could have used more counter space, and the shower gel/shampoo had a strong scent that reminded me of commercial cleaning fluid.
