The heating system left me shivering due to the cold weather outside, which wasn't pleasant. the rooms were quite noisy since the walls were thin and not soundproof at all.

The breakfast at Hotel L'Etoile Universidad Javierana was quite basic, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were happy to give me more of whatever I wanted. The staff, although not fluent in English, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Despite the occasional slow internet, the central location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and even though I had to request a hair dryer, the front desk staff quickly provided one for me. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
