The property was amazing. The rooftop pool was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The wifi was slow but they fixed the issue during our stay by upgrading the whole system. The bed was a little hard for me but such a nice hotel and close to everything. Great breakfast. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bedding.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a really cozy bed. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast options were fantastic, with an abundance of fresh fruit and juice, and the staff were happy to cook anything else I wanted. The location was perfect, right in the center of beautiful Cartagena, within walking distance to the historic city center and the docks to hop on a boat out to the islands. Great location, close to everything in the heart of historic town. Clean and beautifully maintained. Staff are friendly, well-spoken, and helpful with great recommendations. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a splendid way to start the day. We enjoyed the variety of tropical fruits and the coffee was superb.

Price was a concern for us, as we found it pretty expensive to stay in this hotel. The SPA area was too small, and we were not able to use it as much as we would have liked during our stay.

Wonderful stay in a charming historic mansion. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We enjoyed peaceful mornings with delicious coffee con leche, followed by a delightful breakfast in the dining room. The rooftop terrace was a serene spot for a glass of wine and a dip in the spa. The turn down service with chocolates was a nice touch. We also had a memorable dinner in the private dining room. a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
