The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is included in the rate and offers a decent variety. The hotel has a nice pool and the decor is tasteful.

The water pressure in the shower is poor and it takes a while for the hot water to work.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms at this tranquil hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the north part of Armenia and its surroundings. The efficient service and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money. I highly recommend it.

Pleasant and comfortable stay, safe parking on street. Short walk to restaurants, parks, and shopping. Easy access in and out of the area. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, and a lovely front patio and lounge area. Good location, close to amenities and quiet residential street. Spacious room with a large, comfy bed.

We recently stayed at this hidden gem and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is nestled in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. We appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being able to easily access restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The location couldn't have been better!

Spending this Christmas at this hotel was a great choice. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. the well-decorated rooms were always kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax after long days exploring the area. the pool was also a great feature and provided a refreshing way to cool off. the hotel's location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the main commercial section with many great restaurants and shops to visit.

While the hotel was overall a great experience, it had a few downfalls. We also found it challenging to find convenient and secure parking for our vehicle.
