As foreign tourists, we loved the hotel's modern and natural decor. The facility was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The staff, including top-level management, were excellent in dealing with any issues we had. The strong internet and very hot water were a major plus. The location in the Provenza area was great - not as loud as Parque Lleras and a much nicer area. The hotel also offered a decent breakfast that was included in the room rate. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect location, near bars, restaurants, and my favorite El Trompo. Nightlife and bus stops within walking distance. Less noisy street. Nice, helpful staff, with prompt resolution of requests. Protective of guest safety, providing advice until the last day. Clean and comfortable rooms in a new-looking property with natural decoration. Great value, modern, and decent breakfast.

Great location in a lively area with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. the hotel provided a fantastic breakfast, with plenty of options to start the day right. the room had comfortable beds and a good shower.

The room was quite small and lacked proper lighting, making it difficult to read and do other activities. the noise from the street could be a bit disruptive at times.

Great Location and Comfortable Beds

During my recent stay at Hotel Natura Express, I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent location. It was situated in the heart of the city, close to all the best bars and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed having El Trompo right next to the hotel, making it easy for me to indulge in my favorite dishes. Despite the central location, the street noise was minimal, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
