rooms smelling musty, needs better control on restaurant street access, noisy due to street vendors

The rooms and hotel could use more maintenance!!! The bathroom shower leaves the floor wet without a mat!!! The hotel is in a very congested area, causing delays with transportation!!! The plastic flooring at the entrance is loose!!!

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced street noise. The hotel's location near Botero Plaza is a plus.

The location was quite convenient for accessing

the main attractions like the Botero Plaza and local museums. I found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, though the air-conditioning had a hiccup at first. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

Request a room on a higher floor to minimize noise from the street and enjoy better views of the city.

The staff were heaps friendly and the views from my room were wicked. But the breakfast could use a bit more variety, maybe some pancakes, eh?

Y'all, the location's just perfect! Right across from Plaza Botero 🇦🇷, and the staff? Bless their hearts, they were super friendly and helpful. My room had a nice lil’ balcony, perfect for chillin' after a day of explorin’. But lord, the breakfast could use some pancakes next time! 🍳

Location was prime, right by Plaza Botero with large comfortable rooms. Easy access to the metro and great vibes all around.

Felt very special, no complaints at all.

this hotel has a lot of charm and the staff is super nice! u can’t beat the location right next to plaza botero and the metro, so it’s easy to get around. the breakfast is basic but it’s decent enough, and having access to the airport bus right at the back is a lifesaver! my room had a sweet balcony, which was perfect for chillin and people watchin. loved that they helped me find my shopping box from the last trip too!

Had a fantastic time at this hotel! I mean, the service was top notch! ! I left a box of my shopping there on accident and when I came back 2 weeks later, the doorman had it ready for me. That’s service you don’t forget, not your average hotel experience.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the memories made, I think it was worth it.

I gotta say the staff were super friendly they really made you feel at home and it was cool catching a ride with the airport bus just outside the door. Also, I had a great time exploring the local area all the sights and sounds were an experience unlike any other and I even spoke with some travelers who loved it here just as much as I did.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but worth it in the end for the experiences I had.

I loved that my room had a stocked minifridge and was super spacious, making my two-night stay quite comfy. The hotel also offers relaxing options like a hot shower and a cozy lounge area to unwind. The only thing to note is the occasional noise from the bustling street outside, but it didn't bother me too much. 😊
