The staff at Casa Franco Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They immediately changed our room when we noticed a musty smell and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The location was also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Cartagena.

We spent Christmas in this hotel and we appreciated the location: just a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, and 24-hour supermarkets. the staff was also friendly and helpful, which made us feel quite comfortable. the facilities were well-maintained.

First, the room was not properly cleaned, and we discovered a lot of dust under the bed. the toilet had insects during the night, which made us uncomfortable.

the hotel's location was convenient, being close to everything in the area of Bocagrande. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Despite the negative aspects, the hotel provided easy access to the nearby beach, as well as a variety of dining and shopping options.

The rooms at this hotel were extremely moldy and poorly maintained. One room even lacked a window, making the decay inevitable.
