Exceptional! We arrived at 0200 and were worried about safety, but the hotel sent a friendly driver, Andres, who took us directly to the hotel. Jonathan at reception was incredibly helpful and spoke English. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great weekend in Sabaneta! the hotel's breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a wide selection of local dishes to try. the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, which offered amazing views of the city and the mountains. the hotel's location was perfect; we were just a short walk away from great restaurants and shopping.

The rooms were a bit small, but that was to be expected in a city hotel. the hot water in the shower didn't last very long, so we had to take quick showers.
