Had a wonderful Easter stay at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. What I liked best was the authentic Colombian interior and atmosphere which made a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the center yet quiet enough to get good night sleep.

That in some rooms ventilation was poor, and after a shower, it took longer than usual to dry. rooms located near the reception and restaurant were somewhat noisy due to clients' movements, especially if your room was one and seven.

Excellent location. Some rooms are very quiet. Desk staff helpful and kind in ensuring a good experience. Lovely atmosphere and authentic interior with Colombian decor. Good breakfast at the cafe downstairs. Serene and well-landscaped surroundings.

I recently stayed in a quiet area of a very nice neighborhood, surrounded by nature. The hotel had an amazing little cafe downstairs where I enjoyed delicious breakfast options. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful decor. The bathroom had hot water all the time. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. it was a wonderful experience.

There were some misunderstandings due to communication issues with the staff.

Loved the location, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, eco-friendly atmosphere, safe area with good restaurants.

Nothing to dislike.

I loved staying at Quinta Ladera! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Provenza with amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a calming atmosphere. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was absolutely delicious, a great way to start the day.

While the bathroom could have been better, with softer towels and a more inviting atmosphere, it was still functional. I did wish there was more counter space or a second luggage rack in the room though.
