The hotel is located in a very centric area, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff at this hotel were super courteous and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms had very comfortable beds with a view, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was very well-prepared and filling, providing a great start to the day.

No major issues encountered, everything was satisfactory.

We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Rivera. The location was perfect for attending the annual anime convention SOFA and it was also convenient for us to get to the airport. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Bogota.

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, serving breakfast earlier than usual and providing great recommendations. The area is safe with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's location was very convenient for those visiting the embassy for a visa, as it is really close to the US embassy. Additionally, it was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great convenience for travellers.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, one negative point mentioned was that the walls were thin, allowing noise to easily travel from downstairs and conversations from neighboring rooms to be heard.

What an amazing experience! the hotel staff was fantastic. They were very helpful giving me tips on where to go, places to eat, and how to get around the area. the service was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location was also perfect, as I was able to easily access all the tourist destinations and local shops. the room was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh fruits, bread and hot coffee. it was the perfect romantic getaway.

The noise levels of the room were a bit of a problem. We requested a room with a view but it was a bit noisy.
