We had a great stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is very handy, with plenty of nice places to eat, a beauty salon, ATM, and a supermarket in the financial district. The hotel was awesome and, most importantly, safe. The staff were exceptional, with Monica and Julian providing excellent and exceptional customer service. They gave us great helpful advice, always had a friendly smile, and were willing to be at our service at all times. The hotel had a bar where you could run your meetings, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The soundproofed windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a lovely selection of food. They even arranged transport to the airport for us. the hotel offered great amenities and outstanding customer service.

The walls were thin, and noise from other guests and staff could be easily heard in the rooms. the breakfast could use a bit more variety and a more generous serving size.

I stayed at Hotel Rosales for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel itself was extremely clean and didn't have that musty hotel smell. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, possibly soundproofed. The bed setup with both hard and soft pillows was the comfiest I've ever experienced. The breakfast had a great selection, including fresh juice and fruit options. I will definitely book here again if I find myself back in the area.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free welcome drinks and the Christmas treats left in the room. the hotel's location was great for exploring the city and accessing nearby stores. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food choices.

I didn't like that the air conditioning didn't work properly and the room was too warm. the staff wasn't friendly and didn't provide any useful information about the local area or attractions.

The location was perfect, nestled in the charming Zona G, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to assist. The spacious rooms were a haven of comfort, with the best pillows I've ever encountered and an invigorating shower. Plus, the breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a buffet and made-to-order options, especially the rich hot chocolate.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
