stayed here and was horrified to find no A/C in the lobby, making it unbearable! my shower water was practically freezing, which is just unthinkable for a 'luxury' hotel. i requested a complimentary upgrade as compensation for these 'minor' inconveniences, but alas, it never came! i was almost going to give a good review but just couldn't.

I was visiting family in the area, and I appreciated the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby spots like La Florida Centro Comercial and La Pera Park, both just a short walk away. The staff were courteous and did their best to make my stay enjoyable. I particularly liked the restaurant food, which was delicious and felt safe to eat. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues in certain areas, which could use more attention.

The hotel has a nice appearance and offers amenities like a jacuzzi in the Deluxe Suite, which was suitable for families. However, some areas lacked cleanliness, and basic issues like a non-working door lock and water temperature control made our stay less comfortable. It's a decent option for shorter visits, but improvements in maintenance would enhance the experience.

Our Deluxe Double Room was comfortable, equipped with premium bedding, and had a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making everything easy for us. We really enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, too!

Perfect family getaway!

We had a fab time at the Deluxe Suite—huge space and loved the spa bath! The rooftop pool was such a chill spot after our outings. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise, had some of the best meals we’ve had in a hotel. Just wish the lobby had AC. it got pretty hot during the day.

the room was cleen and had a flat-screen tv with netflix, which was great! the water pressure was a bit low in the shower.

roseliere bucaramanga was a delightful stay! the deluxe suite with a spa bath was clean and spacious. we loved the restaurant food, and the staff was genuinely friendly. also, the on-site spa offered a fantastic massage that really helped us relax after exploring nearby shopping centers.
