Our stay at Hotel Roseliere was exceptional. The location is perfect, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We were impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The bar and breakfast service, in particular, was outstanding. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Bucaramanga.

The hotel's security could be improved, with people being able to enter the elevators without proper check-in.

The hotel was a great choice for our Easter weekend vacation. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the city from our room and the comfortable bed that helped us get a good night's sleep.

Although we had a great time, there were a few things that could use improvement. the security at the hotel needs to be improved, as anyone can easily access the elevators and the rooms.
