Wow, what a great value for our money! The room at Museo San Moritz was huge, felt like a suite. Plus, the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the gold museum and other main attractions. The staff was amazing, they even switched our room to a quieter side without hesitation. We slept like babies!

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, maybe more variety would be nice.

The noise was a major drawback during our stay. the sounds from the central stairwell and street noise could be heard clearly in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep.

Renovated, spacious, clean rooms. Impressive breakfast with tamales, fruit, and coffee. Attentive staff, helped with transportation. Centrally located near shops, restaurants, theatres, and museums. highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to all the major attractions in the city. We were able to walk to Monserrate, Candelaria, and other places of interest without any trouble. the staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service during our stay. Additionally, we appreciated the fact that they had a water dispenser in the lobby, which was convenient for staying hydrated.

One major downside to our stay was the lack of cleanliness in the room. the bedsheets and towels were not the cleanest, and we had to ask for replacements multiple times.
