Conveniently located in downtown, close to La Candelaria. Spacious and clean rooms with hot showers, fridges, and TVs with Netflix. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Plenty of eating places nearby.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with lots of stores and a park nearby. The owner was very nice and attentive. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Despite some minor issues, the price was very fair. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect as it is near everything - you can easily walk to the church at Monseratte, all the Bogota downtown attractions, and there are walking tours that meet right outside the main door. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they speak English. The rooms are spacious and have lots of hot water. Additionally, the hotel is very secure.

The WiFi could be better.

The hotel was in a great location, close to many attractions and shops. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was also at a reasonable price.

The toiletries were extra and the hot water took a while to work. the internet was very slow and the lady at the reception wasn't the friendliest.
