I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, as it is situated on top of the city's main shopping mall, making it convenient to find meals and anything else I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service provided by the staff was welcoming and helpful, even though there was a language barrier. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the restaurant had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a scanner, which came in handy for scanning documents.

The privacy in the room could be improved. The housekeeping staff would sometimes enter the room, even when the door was locked, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Great location within a shopping center with easy access to food and other facilities. Rooms were large and well-maintained. Enjoyed the seafood rice dish at the restaurant.

Dark hallways at night and motion-sensitive lights were not bright enough. Uncomfortable situation with the maid entering the room without knocking.
